Mixed fermentation ale brewed with honey, aged in wine barrels. We introduced ripe persimmons directly to the barrel over the course of a week, then aged for over a year. Bottle-conditioned with red sour cherry juice.
Double IPA which combines Nelson + Citra + Cashmere + Mosaic with a unique British yeast for a multilayered mix of bright orange rind, canned peach, and tropical fruit roll-up, balanced by a softly textured body. Canned 26-8
