We still deliver to all EU countries, but due to (local) lockdowns and upcoming holidays, deliveries can take longer than usual. Keep an eye out on the tracking information received per email.
PostNL is having a hard time getting all the parcels on time in their sorting process. It could take a few days to get your tracking started.
If your tracking hasn't been updated for 14 days, please contact us and we can start an investigation with PostNL. We can't start investigations right now if the tracking was updated less than 14 days ago. If your tracking hasn't been updated for more than 30 days we can't start an investigation with PostNL anymore, so please contact us before that!
