Seven Island - Deisidaimonia Bourbon Barrel Aged (Vintage 2022)

For this specific imperial stout the brewers selected the most freshly emptied and flavourful bourbon barrels. Aged for more than a year in a selection of Wild Turkey, Woodford and Heaven Hill barrels in order to create a multilayered bourbon character.
