Icebock comes from the process which concentrates flavours with freezing of the beer. This means that some water crystallizes into ice, while the remaining liquid concentrates.
For this icebock we brewed a very special barley wine, barrel aged it, blend it with our barley wine Hagger and froze it.
After weeks on -24 C, it was time to drain this super rich liquid.
Expect intense flavours with longstanding aftertaste and warmin sansation.
