J. Kemker - Aoltbeer (2021-14)

This Aoltbeer is inspired by the historic sour beer of Münster, Westfalen. Aged in a single red-wine barrel for 20 months. In this time, the beer developed its wine-like character. This batch shows mature notes of red wine, peaches, honey and black tea.
