      The Many Worlds Brewing started life as a homebrew project. Founded by Chris Hower, former brewer for To Øl and Brus in Copenhagen, they try to push the limits of beers, all based on the latest science. Launched commercially in 2021, their main focus is on big IPA's, barrel aging and mixed fermentation beers and down the line, a spontaneous fermentation project. Science is a major part of the brewery and the brewers try to incorporate that into the names and themes of each beer.  They are just getting started!
