    We’re a young craft brewery based in the beautiful Ayora Valley, Valencia. Our mission is to help keep our rural valley alive — by creating jobs for locals, brewing with local ingredients, and turning the region into a small but vibrant craft beer destination. Our beers are inspired by our surroundings: we brew with local honey, almonds, cherries, and more. Expect Belgian-style beers where these ingredients are deeply integrated into both the aroma and flavor. Our brewmaster, Bastiaan, brings over 10 years of professional experience and has created more than 40 different commercial beers. Our story began with a bang: over 1.3 million people in the Netherlands watched the birth of our brewery on the popular TV show Het Spaanse Dorp: Zarra.
