Being closely related to each other, blackberries and raspberries are a natural perfect match. The berries were fermented separately, and thoughtfully blended to what we felt was the perfect expression of both berries together.

It has a bright, acidic and juicy fruit expression, similar to freshly picked berries. The fruit is amplified, but also put in balance by complex, sweet honey notes from the Norwegian wildflower honey.
