      We are Flügge, a microbrewery from Frankfurt, specializing in yeast-forward beers, mostly wild and sour. We love Brettanomyces, Kveik and putting beers on fruit, so we rarely stick to the Reinheitsgebot. Flügge was founded in 2017 and is run by Dominik (brewer) and Joachim (business stuff).
