    We make a natural cider from pure juice. Elegast harvests itself, presses itself, and through slow fermentation in the winter months, it achieves a unique complexity in taste. Vegan and gluten-free, and without or with minimal addition of sulfites.
    With our cider we give new income to historic standard orchards full of natural values. You can join us on harvest days in the fall. Throughout the year you can visit our tasting room for tastings of our Wild, Barrel aged and Fruit Ciders.
