The origin of this collection initally designed for @liathrestaurant 'senses' project and now used in the restaurant for their stellar signature bread. Yes, you read correctly! Barrel aged stout bread. A stout consisting of 11 different malts aged in American oak.

A portion of the O.G. was transfered from American oak into bourbon barrels father elevating the sweetness, milk chocolate, and vanilla characteristics. This is further accentuated beautifully by adding @properchocolate Ugandan semuliki forest nibs coupled with a touch of lactose for body and a velvety mouthfeel

These barrels were selected for their deep, robust, roasted character and nutty aromatics, which play wonderfully with @imbibe_coffee Brazilian boa sopa (catuai & mondo novo varietals) which display a natural hazelnut aroma.
